Official Release: October 30, 2026
Something unexpected is coming.
Independent artist and songwriter ItzChellez is preparing to release DON’T CALL IT SILENCE, a powerful dark melodic alternative rock collaboration featuring Shadows Awake.
What began as an original song built around ItzChellez's lyrics, concept and creative vision evolved into an unexpected collaboration.
With emotionally charged songwriting, expressive guitars, driving rock instrumentation and a powerful vocal contribution from Shadows Awake, the track brings two creative identities together in one intense musical experience.
ItzChellez created the original lyrics, story and artistic direction, while Shadows Awake contributed his vocal performance through an AI-assisted creative workflow and provided the final mastering.
The result is a collaboration neither artist originally planned, but one that became something worth sharing.
Sometimes the best things happen when you least expect them.
